Exploring Ely

From Cambridge, Ely is only a short trip away and yet it’s still take us months to make the trip. Ely is well known for its Cathedral, and rightly so, it dominates much of the landscape.


These two gargoyles seemed in better condition that on other areas of the building (probably due to restoration efforts).




The British summer was still with us at this point, and it really helps for photography to have nice blue skies. Let the blue skies continue. IMG_1441

    I still have to visit it, I don’t have a car, so I need to find the right free-time for buses to go there! But I imagine Ely really worths a visit!!
