Lighting up the ocean: Jellyfish
So, you may have already seen some of the highlights of the Oceanário in Lisbon. Like Carlos, I definitely found it a challenge dealing with the low light conditions, reflections from the glass and often fast moving sea life! However, from my selection I’m particularly please with the jellyfish. Part of the reason these shots came out better than the others I took was that the jelly fish moved much more slowly, so even with a longer exposure I could capture the shot I wanted. These still aren’t pin sharp photos, but for handheld shots in a sea life centre I’m pretty pleased.
